What is Scape Living?

Scape Living at Aurora is a new kind of living located in Melbourne’s lively CBD, offering luxurious apartments with thoughtful touches, spectacular amenities, 24/7 concierge service, and so much more.

What can I expect from my stay?

You’ll have more time for you! Sunrise sessions in the gym or sunset cocktails on the terrace. Cosy nights in or big nights out. Lazy Saturdays by the pool or day trips to wine country. We’ll take care of the nitty gritty, giving you more time to enjoy the things you love. 

What makes Scape Living at Aurora different from an Airbnb or serviced apartment?

We’re in a league of our own! You can expect the same friendly atmosphere that you would find in an Airbnb paired with the service from a leading hotel, but with more personality and more flexibility.

Is Scape Living at Aurora suitable for families?

Yes! Children of all ages are welcome to stay with us at Scape Living at Aurora. We offer spacious 2 bedroom apartments that sleep up to four adults or two adults and two children. With two bathrooms and a large living area, it’s perfect for the whole family.

Children 2 and under stay for free when using an available crib at a weekly cost of $50. No extra beds are available.

About your booking

How do I make a reservation?

You can check our availability and make an online reservation here. If you have any questions, reach out to our team on +61 (03) 9492 5355 or e-mail bookings.aurora@scape.com.

When do I pay for my booking?

You will be required to provide your credit card details when making the reservation. This will be used as a guarantee only and nothing will be charged until your check in date.

Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file in line with the booking terms and conditions.

Speaking of cancellation fees, what is your cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances change, flights are cancelled, and last-minute emergencies do happen. That is why we will offer you a full refund if you are unable to stay with us, as long as you notify us via email on bookings.aurora@scape.com before 6:00pm on your expected arrival date.

Unfortunately, if we don’t hear from you, you will be charged for the booking.

How can I change my reservation?

We offer fully flexible contracts so you can change your reservation at any time before 11:00 am on your expected arrival date without having to pay additional fees. Send us a mail on bookings.aurora@scape.com or chat to our team on +61 (03) 9492 5355 and we will happily amend your booking.

Is parking available?

Your wheels deserve the same first-class treatment as you. Onsite parking is available at an additional cost. All you need to do is register your plate with us after arriving and we will take care of the rest.

What is the check in and check out process?

To make life easier for you, we offer fully flexible arrival and departure times based on your schedule. You won’t be charged any additional fees for this, but times are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate you and meet your requirements, so we ask that you provide your expected arrival and departure times 24 hours in advance.

What do I need to know before making my reservation?

If you are happy with what you see, there’s not much more you need to know! We have no unwanted surprises waiting for you and you can expect to find the service and luxury living that we have committed to.

The nice to haves

Is my room cleaned during my stay?

1-4 Weeks: Cleaning and full linen change will take place once per week during your stay.
4 Weeks or more: Cleaning and full linen change will take place once per week for the first 4 weeks of your stay.

Can I request extra cleaning?

Of course! We offer a range of additional services to make your stay more comfortable so leave it to us to keep your room crisp and clean. These daily or weekly cleaning and linen services are available at a reduced fee for all bookings.

What can I borrow?

We have what you need to make your home your own and we’ll do our best to accommodate any other special requests.

Can I have parcels delivered to my room?

Of course. Who doesn’t love a bit of online shopping! Our reception team are available around the clock and will happily accept any parcels or food deliveries. Plus, we will deliver them to your door.

Do you offer room service?

We’ll help you choose the best delivery service. Take your pick and order up a feast. Our concierge will have it delivered to your room just in time for the 8 pm movie or your romantic night in.

Can I work from Scape Living at Aurora?

Yes. With lightning fast wi-fi, you can work from the comfort of your own apartment or if you’d prefer a change of scenery, our working areas offer comfortable and quiet work zones.

What comes in a Scape Living apartment?

Your apartment will have everything you need and more, ready and waiting for you to move in.

  • Fabulous fittings including a 40” smart TV and self-adjustable heating and cooling.
  • Kitted-out kitchenette with a fridge, stove, microwave and dining area.
  • Comfy queen bed.
Can I book last minute?

We love a spontaneous trip! Give us a call at any time and we will keep a room open for you. If you’re not sure how long you’ll stay, you can book one week before committing to a long-term visit.

How do I get to Scape Living at Aurora from the airport?

Scape Living at Aurora is approximately a 30-minute drive from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport. If you’re wanting to arrive in style, our concierge is able to arrange a limousine service including a 5 series BMW or 7-Seater Mercedes Van. Alternatively, taxis and the Sky Bus are readily available and super easy to find.
